COGA is always working to increase the industry’s visibility by increasing our political leadership. Our most direct way to accomplish this goal is through the Colorado Energy Education Political Action Committee (CEEPAC).
The purpose of CEEPAC is to provide the oil and gas industry a crucial voice in the Colorado political process by educating and providing financial support to candidates for state and local office who support COGA’s public policy values.
CEEPAC is funded exclusively by voluntary contributions from COGA members.
The political battles remain on the horizon and COGA is dedicated to supporting state and local candidates who show a commitment to a strong oil and gas business climate in Colorado.

It’s true in Colorado that Elections Matter. We deserve candidates and elected officials who understand the importance of our energy workers and their families. We live here too and are proud of our contributions that keep our energy costs the lowest in the country, protect our communities and preserve the environment that we and our families enjoy.
With more than 100,000 Coloradans supported by the oil and natural gas industry, our small donor committee is open to these voices for any contribution that’s less than $50 per year. So whether it’s $5, $10 or the full $50, we need your help to support the candidates who support us.
